Brakes!

I had a 2012 Edge with a wooden pedal. Bought the car new, and the brakes never felt right. One day while parking the car, I pushed ******* the brake pedal, and the car did not stop. Fortunately, it hit the curb and stopped. Took it carefully to the dealer, and they replaced the brake booster. Problem solved. The booster was the problem since the car was new.

I had that happen to me when i bought it, they said it was a caliper they replaced it for free cause legally they can't sell a car if it doesnt meet road requirments.
