I recommend Amsoil Severe Gear, Redline shockproof or Valvoline synthetic gear oils. These hold up the best from what I've seen. Royal purple seems fine as well but I don't have first hand experience with it.
Any synthetic even the motorcraft will be fine at the intervals posted.
Amsoil or Motorcraft LV ATF. Amsoil you can run double the interval with no performance degradation vs what you'd run the motorcraft lv. Doesn't turn brown like the Motorcraft.
Amsoil SS, Castoroil Edge/titanium engine oils hold up very well for a long time even under severe duty. I've seen the lowest wear metals and longest runs from my oil analysis with these oils.
If you're using anything else, change sooner if your modded and beat on the car often. I monitor all the oil forums (VW, Ecoboost f150, mustang/coyote, LS, Subaru, etc.) to see what's holding up the best as well. These oils are consistently returning the best oil analysis results.
Amsoil HD Coolant (has oil pump lubricants) feels slick in the hand compared to regular coolants. Water pump job is $1200. Do a full flush if your running the orange Stuff.
