It could be transmission fluid. Have you checked the fluid level (while the engine is at running temp) to see if you're low? Have you noticed any leaks?

Why do you say it's not the 02 sensors? Have you recently replaced them? Have you had cat problems/CEL codes lately?

What is your car doing? Are you noticing a change in gas mileage /power / etc. Where are you with servicing it? How did you check the codes to confirm you have none?

Well it could be a bad catalytic converter. It also could be a rich mixture, possible slight misfire. Make sure your air filter isn't clogged. A load of bad gasoline can also cause problems.

There IS NO CODES NO MISFIRES AND NOT A BAD CAT Runs fast and high performance! Just smell like a$@

The air filter needs replaced the PTU and transmission fluid need changed. The RDU is last! Never owned a car WITHOUT a transmission filter!

And you still don't. The smell is your PTU.

PTU/RDU fluid has a distinct/strong smell but to me it's not rotten eggs. But I've never let mine go past 30K miles. If it has the original fluid, I guess it could be that.

Rotten eggs smell screams catalytic converter to me, But NOT necessarily a BAD one. A Google search of "rotten eggs smell on hard acceleration" brings up catalytic converter AND transmission fluid as possible suspects.
If you had your back seats folded down OR windows rolled down OR trunk open, OR did a pull in a tunnel OR have a hole somewhere near the back of the car from rust or otherwise, exhaust gasses can leak into the cabin.

My experience is transmission fluid doesn't smell unless it's outside of the transmission, look for leaks, check your vent tubes. If there's not signs of transmission fluid or gear oil then there's probably not a leak and it's probably not your transmission or PTU.

IT IS MY SUGGESTION that until you rule out exhaust gasses as an issue that you DO NOT USE AIR RECIRCULATION on your hvac and allow as much fresh air in as possible. The explorer with the same platform had this issue and people were being hospitalized from carbon monoxide poisoning.

GOOD LUCK

Also, an exhaust LEAK doesn't have to exist for the gasses to enter the cabin. Even with gasses leaving the back of the car, the air pressure at the back of the car can still push gasses upward instead of behind. If they enter the lip of the bumper they can enter the cabin through the trunk, hard acceleration means more exhaust pressure, more speed means more air pressure and more pressure means more vacuum. It CAN happen, be safe.
