From what I have heard they tend to crack over time. IMO the Moog TPR bushings from Rock auto are better. They (supposedly)will last forever... I have a set and have not yet installed them but I have heard great things...

You will love the TPR bushings. They really tightened up the feel on my stock 89. I have Poly bushings on the front bar. Very noticeable change with those as well. Hey, anything should be an upgrade from the factory rubber bushings that were about 14 years old at the time! thumb

I believe that you are thinking of Delrin subframe bushings. The bushings he is asking about are swaybar bushings. I have never heard of sway bar bushings cracking. Coincidentally, I am the current owner of these bushings. Chris, I can tell you that the rears were in my car for a quite a few years, and after cleaning the grit and dirt off, they still look like brand new. The only downside is that you have to regularly **** them with white lithium grease or they will squeak. By regularly I mean once every three months or so. From what I have heard/read, the TPR is almost as firm as the delrin without so much squeaking, but they are a lot more money than what I am asking for the delrin.
