Are 3.0 and 3.2 radiators the same?

The 3.0L can use it's own and also the 3.2L's radiator, but the 3.2L must have the ATX cooler coils in the passenger side end tank. I haven't seen a radiator sold for a SHO (3.0L or 3.2L) in the last 5 years that did not have the ATX cooler colis, so the answer is probably a "yes."

You can get the GDI 43-2192 new for $127 from RockAuto.com or about $150 with a lifetime repalcement warranty from Pep Boys. It will usually leak at teh end tank seals in about 4-5 years, so the lifetime warranty looks like a good deal to me.

So if I'm rebuilding an engine, I should replace the radiator (since it's 14 years old)?
