Can I use a crank timing sprocket off a 3.0 to replace the one on my 3.2. They look identical. And if I do change them, are there any adjustments necessary?

If the metal vanes are bent slightly on my original sprocket, will it still work properly?

There the same sprocket. If the metal vanes are bent they could hit the CPS and destroy it.

3.0 and 3.2 are essentily the same motor, just 3.2 has bigger bore, (bigger pistons) there are slight variations in the cams as well, other than that they are pretty much identical. other that the obvious accessories that are routed different.

What other sprocket will fit the 3.2 sho !

Just the 3.0. Don't use a bent vane trigger wheel unless you know how to straighten bent metal extremely well. I would venture to guess that you have about a .015" variance to play with on the top side.
