Anti-lock problems

My anti-lock light comes on intermitantly.Then yesterday it finally stayed on .I pulled the code using the paper clip and it came back two three,23,-Left hand Front outlet valve.Can i replace this with parts from a junk SHO?And could this be related to my probable tie rod ends going in the front of my car?Thanks for the feedback.-alaric
