So i got around to fixing the oil leak and clutch problems i was having and got my SHO driveable. Now all i got left is to pass emissions but my check engine light came on if it turns out to be O2 could my brand new y pipe be causing that?

Negative.. shouldn't have anything to do with it. Have you ran the codes yet? If you get a CE light. You'll have a code stored for sure.

As for the CE light being on.. it could also be due to how your swap was done. I know how well a 92 mates up to a 3.2.. ;)
