What type of alarm are you installing? Do you have factory keyless entry? Do you want the starter **** to be normally open/closed? Do you have the factory trunk pop solenoid? The door locking systems between the factory keyless equipped cars differs from the type used on the non-equipped cars. All these factors will dictate how many and what type you will need.

I do have a factory keypad on the door. I don't want a starter, I want everything else hooked up. I do have electric trunk pop.

To start with, you will need two for door lock/unlock, but only if you don't have keyless entry. Keyless entry just needs (-) to the wires in the diagram to lock/unlock. If you have trunk pop from your remote or the doorpad you probably won't need these relays unless your alarm outputs (+) to lock/unlock doors, because you will need to change it to (-) with relays.

Your alarm will probably need another relay to flash the parking lights, if the brand of alarm requires one. Tap into the brown wire at drivers kick or the dimmer switch to flash the lights.

The trunk release will probably need a relay also. You want to supply +12v to the Violet/Yellow wire on the keyless module behind the back seat on the driver's side (access thru trunk).

The only other relays would be if you need to reverse the polarity of the door switches to input them to the alarm as triggers.

See www.relayapps.com for lots of disorganized relay diagrams.

Good luck!

I had asked for the best locations to tap the wires I needed for my alarm but got no response. Thanks for the help. Now where's the best place to cut the starter wire? Where's the best place to put the main alarm unit?

umm, if I'm not mistaken, you need to just open that circuit with a switch and it'll **** the lights. Same as closing the door.
