I have an AEM V2 methanol kit installed on the car, wired exactly as the diagram shows. I have the yellow wire (ARM switch 12v) on an add-a-fuse into fuse 46 in the fuse box inside the car. However, the controller and pump never turn off. I have confirmed that the yellow wire from the controller goes to this add-a-fuse, but even if the car is left locked overnight, the pump and controller are still on in the morning. Do the fuses need to be inserted a certain way on the add-a-fuse? I have the 10amp for fuse 46 on the bottom and the fuse for the controller on the top, which to my knowledge is the way it's supposed to be. Not quite sure why it stays on, though.

Does it matter that the original fuses are mini fuses, and the add-a-fuse I used is a standard?

Hey, so try this and let me know. Unplug the controller and hold the test button and plug it back in while still holding the test button on. Apparently there is some sort of "idle or debug" mode that makes them just run when the arm switch just has consistent power to it. I had the same thing happen with mine and found out that's the way to turn it off until it boosting.

Edit: a little more info

"To enable or disable this diagnostic (and the buzzing): Press and hold the “Test” button while applying power to the controller. The change is acknowledged by a single long flash of the status LED output and the external LED. Once the button is released the controller will continue to function normally. You can also tell what mode has been selected by listening for the buzzing sound in the pump. Repeating this operation will toggle between the two modes."

Holy cannoli, this worked! Light on the controller stays off while the car is running, turns on when hitting the test button now. I will have to test it while driving to make sure it's all good, but this seems to have done the trick!

Driving test was perfect. Now I wonder why my boost gauge stays on 24/7 when wired into a switch power. It's always somethin.
