My '95 is pushing 170k with the original blower motor, and my 'hi' fan speed doesn't seem to push out as much air as other cars. The motor doesn't make any abnormal noises or seems to be problematic. The BCM was replaced with a new Ford unit a year or two ago and that works fine. Would it be a waste of time and $ to replace the blower motor? Would it make sense that it doesn't blow as hard anymore? Or does the fan just naturally not blow as hard as other cars.....

Are you comparing it to other SHO's, or other cars in general?? Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Blower motors are just electric motors. When it goes out entirely, replace it then.
