95 With 3.2 swap no start , Help!!!

I swapped a 3.2 out of 95 sho in my 95 MTX.

Now the car wont start.
Only 3.2 parts are long block and injectors.

The car cranks but no start.
I have fuel at the rail.
I have spark.
And i have pulse at injectors.
I can hear the pump start when ignition on.

I checked the timing and its good.
I also checked if i had the cams 180 degrees and still the same no start.
No codes. All i get is 1 1 1 1 1.......
The tachometer does bounce when cranking.
When i do the EEC test everything clicks and appears to be OK.

I do NOT have o2 sensors connected or accessories at this time.
Also the cruise control is eliminated.

I am going to measure the fuel pressure at the rail tomorrow.
And check all the grounds again.
Maybe spraying some ether to see if it starts...

Any other ideas?

Do not spray ether. Check FP, and grounds.

Ether has a possibility of spinning a bearing on startup.

Just an FYI.

What about injectors? They have been siting on this spare 3.2 engine for last 5yrs. Could they be the culprit?

probably not. I would think you could crank the engine over with the intake off to see if they are firing, but I'm not 100% sure.

I think there needs to be sticky about 3.2 swap.

After no start first time.

I have changed 3.2 injector harness to 3.0 harness.

Had spark and signal on injectors and fuel on rail but no start.

After taking intake off i found that injectors were not working.
After some gentle tapping on them and some direct 12v they started ticking.
Installed the intake and car started.

After assembling everything else on engine car would not start again........

Now i had spark and fuel and no start.

Checked timing and it was dead on.

After more cranking finally check engine light came on.

Code 214

I replaced the CAM positioning sensors and it runs again.

Tomorrow i will put rest of the car together and see if it will run again.
