93' 3.2L ATX engine trouble

okay, so I've been having many problems with my car recently.. and most of them are fixed. Now the biggest problem I cant seem to find out what it is... I tried the search option .. as always and made a post.. no one commented.. this leads me to believe that the post i made was either too complicated or I wasent clear enough with the info i gave.. so here goes again.

Things I have done/changed
-New Mass Airflow Sensor
-New throttle positioning sensor
-New fuel filter
-Ran Injector cleaner through the engine
-Oil/filter change (10w40 non-synthetic put in)
-All 4 new tires (unrelated to problem)
-New alternator (was done about 1500 miles ago)

Things I have checked
-Oil level (has always been fine before/after change)
-Trans fluid level (has always been fine)
-all other fluids (never saw a problem with any)
-Battery posts (they could use to be replaced but i dont think its the cause of the problem)
-Fuel pressure is on the low end even after a filter change and injector cleaner

Main problems
-While accelerating at the same speed the engine doesn't sputter but pauses like I'm not hitting the gas..
-Check engine light on (probably attributed to what ever the other problem is)
also note: the check engine light does go off from time to time.. but it doesnt seem to be anything specific by the driver that makes it do so
-Car runs a lot hotter than usual with a/c off (it never has actually overheated.. but it does seem to run way too hot.. the needle stays on the O in normal the type of driving doesnt matter.. highway or stop and go .. it runs the same)

Possible Diagnosis (to the best of my knowledge)
-Fuel pump is going bad and is on its last leg
-bad battery posts??
-some sensor?? (considering the check engine light is on..?)
-catalytic converter or other exhaust issue?? (the exhaust is not loud.. however it does run louder than it did.. its hard for me to tell if its the exhaust or the actual engine running louder..)


Id appreciate any help or info .. im really stuck here and well... I MISS MY SHO! : /

If the CEL is on, there are codes, pull them, and go from there.

As far as the "overheating", what your'e describing isn't that bad. It's summer, and the car is gonna run a tad bit warmer. However, that's not to rule out a coolant leak somewhere. Keep an eye on the coolant level every few days.

412 (R) Idle speed system not controlling idle properly (generally idle too low) - ISC
121 (O,R,M) Throttle Position (TP) sensor out of range - TPS
538 (R) System did not receive "goose" test uhh...??? (what is this?? )

That was the result of the running test.. and as for the not running test.. it was 111 - no problems found.

This confuses me since i just replaced the TPS.. i dont see how it could be bad? .. is there something that could lead to this reading other than the TPS going bad??

Im going to disconnect the battery again and let it sit for 30 min or so and fire it back up.. i suppose maybe it never sync'd right with the car since i changed the M.A.S. at the same time?

Just let the car sit for 2mins or so... no need for 30mins.

The 538 code is just part of pulling codes.. don't worry about it.

did you try KOEO (key On Engine Off)? just turn the car to "on" (do not crank the car) and wait for the codes.

yeah, sorry must have been unclear in the previous post.. but it read as
111 System checks OK

kinda confuses me too..
