I'm pretty new to the SHO scene and am located in Milwaukee, WI. I've been attempting to get some work done on my car for the past week and a half. I have e-mailed performance plus and midwest sho for questions, ordering parts and scheduling. Is it normal for these shops to not respond for days? I'm getting pretty frustrated because my car is running like crap and I want to get it in before something bad happens. I am not mechanically inclined so I can't do the services myself. Anyone have any other shops they know of that they can recommend or for those of you who have dealt with these shops; is this the SOP?

I'm pretty sure with PP you should call directly vs. emailing. I know that was the preferred form of communications when I was inquiring/ordering my y pipe.

As for Midwest SHO, Mike's on the forum all the time. Try a PM or a post to the following member in the contacting member's forum: Mikeys_Taurus

Hope this helps.
