5 spd engine bogging

My 95 5 speed feels like it has no power between 3000 and 3500 rpm in all gears especially when cold. Pulls normal up to that point and after that point but just falls on it's face between that rpm range. I've check the butterflies and they are closed under 4,000 but can't figure it out.

Clean your MAF. Do a search...it's a must.
If that dosent work, check plugs and wires.

Report back when you have done that...I bet it's the MAF sensor.
