What have you guys changed setting wise when you did a 3.2 swap? I have a drop in k&n with a ported intake and BBB as well as a better flowing y pipe, (not high flow cats but that nasty 90 deg bend is gone) and a dynomax catback. I am also running the 3.2L injectors and was wondering what you guys changed the offsets and such to, to make up for the slightly bigger injectors.

I'm using the tune from Josh, I believe its 27lb low slope and 72lb high slope. I don't think it's optimal but it's somewhere to start. Other than that I only changed the displacement to 195. I had a SHOShop Y and Dynomax, but no intake mods. I used the 3.2 injectors as well.

Besides the higher idle (rpm) set for the 40+ cams , I havnt touched a thing cept for the MAF curve.

Runs fine , cept I find it a little lean sometimes , but at 1/2 to WOT , its 13:1 to 11:1 ratio which is not bad.

im running the same but i raised the rev limit, put in the maf transfer, lowered the butterfly opening and added 1* of timing above 4800 and for my nitrous tune i pulled 4* timing.

Change the engine displacement and it'll run like stock (helps calculate for load). Tune to your desire from there.

So no need to really change any of the injector slopes so it knows its got 3.2 injectors? I'll have to brush up on X2j tuning, I'v been all about the D4U1 for the past year:nut: But since I no longer own an ax I guess its time to start tuning for the X2J again.

The 3.2 injectors a marginally larger... VERY small difference.

So you think screw it, or should I change the slopes ever so slightly? I want the engine to run perfect, I mine as well since I have the stupid chip laying here doing nothing.

I think I've been pretty clear. Even stock injectors for x motor needs 'tuned'. Put them in, log it, change as needed. That's all there is to it.

27, 72 is factory 3.0 settings for injector slopes.
