3.0/3.2 Valve covers, Identical?

I did a search, and everything comes up about the gaskets, nothing about the actual aluminum valve covers.

Are the 3.0 - 3.2 valve covers the same? Do they perfectly swap and bolt in with a perfect fit.

I need a 100% for sure answer. Someone that has done it to their own car.

I might be powder coating a set of valve covers for a gentleman, but he wants to do them on exhange basis, but I have 3.0 valve covers, and he has a 3.2 engine.

i'm 99.5% sure they are identical. I used a 3.2 cover on the front of my 93 3.0 winter beater with no problems.

The gaskets are the same for 3.0 and 3.2...

I am pretty positive the valve covers are too.
