Anybody have one? I need it with the mounting screws and the fat rubber washers if possible.

I'd check Tasca and look for the Explore or Flex unit with the cooling vent.

The cheap ones like on the amazon link and on ebay dont fit correctly and are very thin compared to one from motorcraft

yeah they all have bad reviews for fitment

Yes, it was complete with the fasteners and thick rubber spacers
