Just replaced inner turbo. Got everything put together and had to jump car. Car sat 3 weeks in garage on lift. Started car up and ran great. Now I have minimal power issues and car has rough idle…I’m lost!

Check the map sensors - get MAP cleaner not carb cleaner. Too strong will damage sensor. When was the last time you checked for carbon build up on the intake ports and valves.

Sounds like you have a vacuum line or charge pipe unhooked somewhere. Get a flashlight and mirror and doublecheck all connections (PCV, etc.). Problems after an install relate to the install.

Intake carbon was
Virtually Zero because I normally run 93 Sunoco in it…and every now and then, Cam2 110 face fuel..I have a 40 gallon drum of it and on nights when I want to have it run at 100% 5 gallons of 110 really wakes this up! And I’ll recheck connections and had scan run on it…2,5, cylinder misfire and O2 Sensor

Is it possible the wastegate is stuck open? If I idle for 10 minutes for example and go to take off, a bunch of smoke will come out tail pipe, then clears up…I try to hold it to the floor but accelerates slowly. If I stop and put in sport mode, and while cruising if I give it just a little acceleration u can feel it wants to start pulling…but once I push acceleration down further then it doesn’t seem like it’s doing anything…******* me OFF!!

Getting a MIL? Hookup a DTC reader Forscan, or android/ios app? If a wastegate is stuck it will be easy to read. Otherwise you can be getting errors without a MIL.

What part of the turbo did you replace, the CHRA, the whole thing including the WG actuator? Is the turbo new, OEM? Maybe you're replacement turbo is locked up in some way.

Can you read the MAP sensor? Are you reading any boost? Even if one turbo is locked up it should still build boost. Check that MAP sensor. You should be throwing codes too (low boost). Otherwise verify the vacuum line is connected to the WG actuator and the actuator arm is connected to the WG. You can try to grab the actuator arm and make sure it moves. If so, then drop the DP and check if the turbo spins. You can't reach the blades on the compressor side so the DP has to be dropped. It would be a really weird failure but maybe something got dropped into it. But again, it should be throwing codes.
