2013 sho valve cover torque and sequence

Hello. Putting my 3.5 eco boost back together again for the fifth time. Can someone give me torque specs and sequence for the valve covers. I’m only really seeing the newer/truck 2 vct composite ones and mine are the one bcg solenoid aluminum ones
