Well today I had to make it a hurry (i mean a real hurry) to get somewhere. So i'm traveling along in the triples and I hit 120 and my speedo woobles all over the place and gets lower as I speed up so of course I've heard of this problem. But there is nothing I can do about it at all right??!?! Another thing when I get close to my destination the Low coolant light comes on. I know that it can't mean anything cuz I have plenty of coolant last time i checked (less than a week ago)....where is the sensor ....did i slosh the fluid around enough to cause this or is it just the computer?

Yep, I have the same problem with my Speedo. The coolant thing could be you are low, check it anyway. Travelling those speeds for prolong period of time may have sucked or expelled some fluid. From the system I really not sure where the sender located on this car.

Good-Luck

The coolant level was just above the top of the box that says cold fill here or something. (Note: same level as before)

Actually, when you are going very fast a special sensor detects your nearness to your destination and flashes the low coolant light to get you attention so you slow down and do not miss your exit. Very clever of Ford, eh?

My '97 coolant light use to come on after high speed runs. Some people replace the sensor, I just disconnected mine.
