Okay, so this might sound a bit strange, but I'm not looking to go through the hassle of selling my SHO, I'm looking to trade it. Specifically, I want to trade you my 2nd GEN 1995 SHO MTX for a Gen 1 SHO, any year 89-91, any color. Here are the details on my car:

The Good:
76k miles.
Full 60k performed by MRE SHO about 3k miles ago. This was the full 60k, upper and lower with full replacements, and also included replacing the MAF.
Has 4 new calipars, rotors, and brake pads with about 4k miles on them, about 10 months old.
Has all new HARD AND SOFT brake lines, also done about 10 months ago.
Car has new tires with about 90% tread life left on them.
AC and Heat both work!!!
Interior is 50/50 and is in very good shape. The headliner could use recovering but the seats and everything else look great. No cracks in the dash.

The Bad:

The car has a somewhat slight dent on the passenger side from the previous owner scraping it against her garage. Also has a bit of white paint on it for the exact same reason. The damage isn't extensive or anything like that, and for all I know the dents may be able to be popped out as they aren't very deep, but I've never bothered to check to be honest. When pictures are up you'll see exactly what I mean.
ABS sensor inside the glove box is bad (easy fix)
Car is from the NE, so it does have a decent amount of rust on the underside of the vehicle. However, it doesn't have any noticeable rust on the body where you could see it, just underneath.

Overall the car is in very good shape mechanically. It is currently my DD and drives great with no issues. Honestly, I just prefer Gen 1's and would like to own one again.

I really don't want to go through the hassles of trying to sell it and then find a Gen 1, so I figured maybe there are a few SHO owners out there who would be willing to trade their Gen 1 for a Gen 2. The engine is one of the lowest mileage engines I've seen around, and has been taken care of. I'd really like the find a Gen 1 that is in similar condition. I'm not concerned about a bit of rust or anything like that, I'd really just like to trade my car for a comparable Gen 1. If your Gen 1 is nicer, I wouldn't mind adding some cash to go along with my car to complete the deal, but I'm not looking for a junker Gen 1 so your car + cash isn't going to work for me more than likely, as I'd like to trade equal or trade up only.

I'll post pictures in a couple days, as soon as I can really detail the car and get it looking pretty, but would anyone have any interest in this sort of trade? I'd be willing to drive a decent amount as well to complete the trade, as the car is in great shape and could drive anywhere without issue currently.

The part about trading for a Gen1 in similar condition, because mine...ain't LOL.

Mine looks pretty good, but needs a steering rack and some tranny work.

Here are the photos: The last pic shows the odometer reading, and I think the pictures very accurately describe the condition of the car. I tried to take as many pictures of the side scrap to show it as accurately as possible. It's honestly not dented in that much at all, mostly just the white paint that really accents it to be honest.

I am open to cash offers as well if someone is interested in buying the vehicle outright as well, but I'm not really certain of the price, so just PM me if you're interested in going that route and we can work out something. Thanks!

What kind of cash offer do you have in Mind?
You know what you have into it and what you would take for it.
I could offer you $500 and you would tell me you need atleast $XXXX.XX for it. So what should we start dealing at?
