What do you get when a deer & SHO cross at 45mph?
Looking to sell my 1992 SHO. Originally bought after the previous owner struck a deer with it. Since then I have replaced all the body components involved in the accident. Hood, drivers fender, front bumper (I also pop riveted the sides as it was originally held to the car with brackets. I also replaced all the headlights, fish tank lenses the entire bezel behind it along with the fog lights. Work done since I had the car... All new complete struts, lower control arms, sway bar end links on the front. New calipers, pads and rotors along with new CV axles (I have the original ones too completely rebuilt). On the rear new complete struts, sway bar end links, calipers, rotors and pads. New (a year on them now) Goodyear eagle tires. New starter and alternator. Taylor 8mm wires with autolite iridium plugs. Inside I replaced with radio with a kenwood system which has two USB ports along with hands free phone ports.
Issues:
Back window is leaking and the seal needs to be replaced. Clutch petal cable will probably need to be replaced as well.
I have a complete maintenance log with the car dating all the way back to 94 detailing all the work done to the car along with fuel prices and amount put in at the time. (the previous owner was very meticulous). I also have a lot of SHO memorabilia including magazines, fliers and other things the previous owner kept. Also a second set of painted valve covers. Car was also repainted recently before the deer strike. Car runs great and starts with no issues whatsoever. Car has 114k miles on it. When I got the car 3 years ago it had 107k so I really don’t drive it much. Also no rot or rust anywhere in or on the car. Car was never driven in winter weather. Message me if you are interested or want some photos. I have plenty.
