Eureka! Finally passed CA Smog
Hurdles along the journey: A fractured EGR tube was slip sleeved and assembled with un-hardened JB weld so parts would self align before setting up. Found the cat convertors installed were 49 state - changed out for CA cats Several codes showing all of which were trackable to vacuum hose issues...- Greg Millard
