new paint job

want to repaint my emerald grn 95mtx. pricing is all over the board $400 - $4000. there must be some difference. how do i know what to ask for to determine the quality of the job?

Bridgestone S-03 vs. Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3

I put on F1's replacing Dunlops. There really sweet and cost under $100 ea in L.A.

engine stutters

under load in all gears, when accelerating there is multiple stutters/missing until secondaries open. down shifting helps, but still present. what could it be?
