I live in texas. I also know that they can tell if they o2 sensors are turned off and thats what they do for the tunes for catless down pipes right?- hdh95

Hi, I have been trying to find the answer but no luck. I was wondering if i left the 3rd cat and got off road down pipes will i still pass inspection?- hdh95
