    2013 taurus sho PP sucks in the snow

    QFT. They are not snow tires and as such are not as good at braking or cornering as snow tires would be, but for an UHP all-season these are very good. I have them on my 2011, no worries about getting started in the snow, I just go a little bit easier than I would with dedicated snows.

    Well, I have a 2011 with the Sony system. I don't use Pandora but I do use Rhapsody and Youtube (just for audio). I hit the Media button and on the screen choose my cell phone (via bluetooth) as my input. Then start your phone playing music and good to go. Not sure how different your 2013...

    You/she would have to drive so conservatively, the SHO would be a waste of you money IMO. The non-SHO, front wheel drive versions of the Taurus should get that highway mileage or better. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this car, but it might not be the right tool for the job?

    Ok I follow. M'lady's '14 CX-9 has little buttons on the front door handles that do the same thing as the Maxima you described. No idea if it's a practical conversion... good luck!

    I don't really follow. Are you looking for the car to unlock when the key fob is in your pocket and you operate the handle (vs swiping the keypad)?
