    Back to the drawing board...

I have a '13, and had the V8 tune, and I never experienced that problem. Now I have the V10 tune and no issues at all.

    Holy MPG's Batman!

If you were averaging 35 mpg, you should have been able to get over 550 miles out of a tank of gas. You probably could have gotten 600 miles out of a tank. Did you measure it, or is that just what the car said you were getting for mpg?

ABS pump kicks in for no reason on left turn???

Does your turning signal cancel automatically when turning left?

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

I will say, I get plenty of snow where I live. The SHO is the first FWD/AWD car I've owned. With good tires, and knowledge of how to drive, I've never had an issue with winter driving. Now, if a person doesn't know how to drive in snow, or they make bad decisions, then all bets are off. I will...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

Well, instead of winter tires, maybe you should buy a snowblower to clear your driveway in the winter. That might solve your problem. Sorry, I couldn't resist. :laughcry: :D :bowrofl:

    New Sho stall

I have to ask, did you turn the traction control off? I had an issue with my car not "launching" properly, or as I thought it should. I reflashed the PCM with the LMS tuner and it was fine after that.

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

Do you have a non PP car? The biggest problem with a non PP car is that you can't turn off the active handling. If you go around a corner quickly and then step on the accelerator, the throttle won't open. The car won't accelerate. I would think that might have a negative effect on lap times at...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

The acronym SHO stands for Super High Output. I was under the impression that related to the performance of this model. Are you guys telling me the Super High Output relates to the luxury aspect of the car, or does that relate to the daily drivability of the car? The SHO is the high performance...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

First of all, I don't like the way Ford options their cars, but that's a whole different can of worms. As for BMW and Mercedes, I wasn't aware that you needed to get a "performance option" on an M5 or an E63 to unlock it's driving potential. Could you provide a link to those "required"...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

What?!? Do you really think the G8 is a 4 door sports car?!? That's crazy. The G8 GXP would be a sports car, but not the G8 GT. Just because it has a V8 that doesn't make it a sports car. The difference is that a G8 feels more "connected" to the road, the SHO feels vague or numb. That's not a...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

That might be true with the performance package, but not without it. If this car is faster around an auto cross track or road course than any "sporty" car (without PP), than you're probably surrounded by a bunch of people who don't know how to drive. :D :laughcry::D

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

I've seen the Carl Edwards video. That is a momentum oversteer, not power oversteer. There is a difference. I was making a point and using an extreme example. I'll assume you've never driven faster than the speed limit or hit an off ramp at 55-60 mph. You said the SHO and S4 felt the same in...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

I've never owned an Audi S4. However, are you really saying that a Taurus SHO handles exactly like an Audi S4? I would find that very hard to believe, simply because they are designed 180 degrees differently from each other. I'm fairly certain that if you were at a race track and driving an SHO...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

I'll be honest, it seems disingenuous to call the SHO an AWD car. A Porsche is AWD. An Audi is AWD. A BMW is AWD. An SHO is a FWD car that gets a little help from the rear wheels. It drive like a FWD car. It's funny that you mention the interior. Everybody has their own taste, but I didn't...

    SHO ultimate family sedan?

I had a G8 GT before my SHO. To me, you really can't compare the two cars. The SHO is a decent, relatively comfortable car. It has all the bells and whistles. The G8 was more of a driver's car. It had much better feedback and felt more connected to the road. It also had way more interior room...

    Diablo Trinity T1000 Programer ?

Very cool. Three more questions, 1) What was the change in mph with Race Gas vs just premium? 2) Did you only try 6 oz per gallon, or did you try other ratios too? 3) Do you usually use a certain "brand" of 93 octane (BP, Shell, Mobile, etc)? The mph is what I'm interested in, because that is...

    Diablo Trinity T1000 Programer ?

Well, the wheels and weight reduction make sense, but that additive is a bit surprising. Have you run it with just 93 octane gas to so if there's a big difference? You're running 105 octane fuel. I'm surprised a car tuned for 93 octane fuel runs that good with 105 octane fuel. I would think the...

    Diablo Trinity T1000 Programer ?

Ok, I have to ask, what exhaust mods? What additive and how much additive per gallon? And how much weight did you take out? Also, what were the weather conditions for that run? 114 seem like a lot of mph for those mods. Your car runs good for the mods you listed.

    2016 Taurus SHO

You'll be very happy with the Livernois upgrades. They make a noticeable difference. Their tunes are as safe as possible, for the power they provide. I wouldn't plan on seeing any improvement in mpg. If you do a LOT of highway driving, you might see a slight increase.

    Turbo going out??

Actually, that sounds more like a "leak" than a bad turbo. Check all of the connections between the turbos and the throttle body. Chances are, one of those connections are loose or broken.
