Eibach ride height
I still have the stock shock/struts with my H&R springs and haven't had any issues at all, so you should be good with using the not-as-low eibach springs- FoCoSHO

bpd1151 is correct. The only springs eibach offers for the gen 6 Taurus is for the 2010-2012 SE & SEL FWD models.....not the SHO. They don't offer any for the gen 4 SHO, or 2013 or newer Taurus of any submodel. I was disappointed myself, since I had ordered some eibachs for my 2013 last...- FoCoSHO

Congrats on another SHO. Excellent color choice....I love my tuxedo black SHO. While it is harder to maintain, it looks great when shined up. Slight knock from front left wheel
Not sure about the knock, but as far as the wipers go, mine does the same thing when I have the rain sensing turned on........works as designed. If you turn the rain sensing off, the intermittent wipers are consistent.- FoCoSHO

Why no 25th Anniversary model for 2014?
Not sure why the '13 would be a different generation than the '10-'12, they're the same car just with a minor facelift for '13. Take the Mustang for example.....Gen 1 goes from 64 1/2 to '73, and look at how many drastic changes came during that time frame, as well as the gen 5 Mustang, which...- FoCoSHO

Gen 1 - 86-91 Gen 2 - 92-95 Gen 3 - 96-99 Gen 4 - 00-07 Gen 5 - 08-09 Gen 6 - 10-present These are the Taurus full line up generations, not SHO, as generations 4 & 5 didn't offer a SHO sub-model. SHO Gens: Gen 1 - 89-91 Gen 2 - 92-95 Gen 3 - 96-99 Gen 4 - 10-present- FoCoSHO

Actually, the Taurus itself wasn't gone for all that long, not even a full year. The 4th gen Taurus ended as a 2007 model year, then the 5th gen begun as a 2008 model year as a rebadged Five-Hundred. As for having an anniversary edition for just the SHO, I doubt they would have an anniversary...- FoCoSHO

Quick question
I was told by someone at Livernois that the tune they send you is based off what mods you already have on the car. So I would think that any mods installed AFTER the tune would have an effect on how the tune performs. I don't know how it would effect it, I installed my exhaust and CAI before...- FoCoSHO

Lurker getting closer to possible purchase - price check
after some quick research at home, fordparts.com shows the part number for the rear bumper cover lower extension as 17F828, at a price of $214.....however, it also says it's not shippable. The diagram also looks to be from a 2010-2012, which is different than the 2013-2014. I'll look into it...- FoCoSHO

outer belt moulding and outer door frame chrome removal
I work in a body shop so I should know this, but sadly I don't....the only gen 4 Taurus' we've had come through were for clear bra applications, and one paintless dent repair. But I'm curious about the answer to your question, I've been toying with the idea of blacking out the chrome too...- FoCoSHO

Question About 2012 SHO OEM Wheel Options
My SHO (non-pp)came with the Michelin MXM4 all season tires, and it's been doing great in this snow and sub-zero weather we've been having here in CO. I've actually had to chuckle a few times watching 4X4 trucks struggling as I'm happily chuggin' down the road.- FoCoSHO
