Fuel Filling Problem
My 06' Mustang GT did the same thing whenever i tried to fill the tank with the engine running in the winter months. It hasn't done it in a while, I think ford has a fuel tank backpressure problem that just has not been addressed. Try filling your tank around mid morning when its not too cool...- goldmind
