blaine I have 2010 and mine is exactly the same as yours, no power until about 35 or 40 and cruising speed the tach is bouncing, and it looks like you may have fixed it so if you read this give us a update since it has been a while since we heard form you and youv'e had time to drive it thanks- 2XSHOMAN
