Violent Downshifts

SHO Delayed Downshift - Low RPM Cruising

I have the same problem. Im pretty sure its a software issue to increase fuel milage. In most cases the car has enough low end touque to pull through just fine but I know what you mean. What I find myself doing is dropping the transmission in manual and drop a gear or two with the paddle shifter.

Transmission issue

New to the site but can see how useful this will be. I have a 2010 SHO with 11,000 miles. 5 times now I have heard and felt a terrific thunk in the drive-line. It happens like this: cruising along at constant speed 30-40 MPH, let off the gas to slow (just moving with the flow of traffic) then...
