Be aware that Ford may still have defective tailight assemblies in stock. I've had mine replaced at least four times. So many times I can't remember for sure. Well, at least my car gets washed every time it goes to the dealer...- oneziggy

Any climate control heat issues?
The blend door aka actuator is apparently a known issue and you should have the dealer replace. Mine went out about a month ago. Issues
Have made three 90 mile round trips with the new TR sensor. The car drives like a completely different vehicle. Much smoother and consistent shifting. No drop-outs into limp-home mode, no cruise control drop-outs. Definitely worth the wait to get it done. Will continue to monitor and report...- oneziggy

Issues
Just picked my car up after a little over three weeks at the dealer. They performed TSB 10174...replaced the TR sensor and retaining pin. They also replaced both rear taillight lens assemblies because of defective chrome trim on both. Will report back in a day or so regarding transmission...- oneziggy

Ok, what are you refering to regarding a "vehicle health report"? Is that something that the nav system has built in to it? I am having similar intermittant problems and the dealer cannot replicate, therefore, are not doing anything to fix.- oneziggy

Chrome trim on rear taillights peeling on mine as well. What the hell has happened to Ford quality? I also am having the transmission issues as posted on other threads here and a reluctant dealer when it comes to actually diagnosing it.
