    your ac clutch gap could also be out of spec. If there is too much air gap between the clutch face and the pulley, the clutch wont engage. I cant recall off the top of my head what the spec is, but it's listed in the chiltons manual. You can pull the clutch of and remove a spacer from behind it...

    the secondaries are OPEN by default. The solenoid requires vacuum to hold them closed. Check to insure that the vacuum hoses to the solenoid are in good working order. If the secondaries are open under ~3500rpm it will result in severely decreased engine performance.

    thanks for all the replies guys. The holes were a little bit too big for epoxy, and since they all just vent to the atmosphere at one point or another, I just taped them and called it a day... The bummer of this whole ordeal is that it turns out my fuel pump wasnt bad at all (i was getting 10...

    It's unfortunate that my first post to this board is one forged out of my stupidity and impatience... that said, I have read (lurked) much on this board and have found it a great resource and I am glad to finally become active in it. Now for the stupid part: 93 ATX with a no-go fuel...
