wierd annoying NOISE,,, plz help

I Need Heeeeeeeeeeelp
hey guys... i need some help... i have a 93 SHO..... during the last few days,,, it wouldn't start right... it would HESITATE to start .. i think it's the starter.. but now..it wouldn't start and i dunno what the problem is.. i think it's the starter.. i'm not good with cars so can u guys...- FeZ_MsTr
