93 ATX for sale in San Antonio
I have a 93 ATX, white with white slicers and Yokohama's with 1k miles on them. Mechanic tells me engine needs to be rebuilt because of "rod problem". But he doesn't want to rebuild it, just replace it. I have spent over $2,000 in repairs in the last year including; new water pump...- noahsmom

93 ATX Rebuild or Replace Motor?
I have a 93 ATX w/140K miles. Started knocking real bad, so had it towed to mechanic. Mechaninc says its a thrown rod and that it would be chepaer to replace the engine than to rebuild it. Does anyone know a good mechanic in San Antonio or know of a good source for used SHO engine? Thanks.- noahsmom
