EL gauge faces in KMH for Canadian SHO owners...again?

Good ground location in trunk?
What did people use for a ground location for your amps/etc...? I have a JL 500.1, and a capacitor, and just grounded to a bolt that used to hold the factory sub in place (there is a metal cylinder to ensure that the wire is in constant connection).
