Rotors that won't warp?
Not much to mess up in a "blank" design, but there are poor castings/metallurgy. In that case, you generally just wear through the rotor quickly with crap tons of crazing. You have that backwards. Pads will hold the heat in, which is why we do not set parking brakes after getting off the...- yamahaSHO

Typical of the generation is terrible for me. I could do a restomod muscle car, to bring it up to what I'd expect these days. Same goes with something like a Lamborghini Countach or Diablo... They drive like shit. -

The last sentence... I can't enjoy the terrible ATX. I wouldn't mind a clean Gen 1 with minor stuff done (suspension, wheels, exhaust, tune), but I'm not willing to pay what it's worth due to your other point... Lots of better cars for the money. -

Since it is an auto, it has no value to me... And I've spent money on SHO's. I think there will be some money to be made with these cars, just not the ATX, ever. -
is the power steering cooler needed?
I've boiled fluid on track as well... Also not a hot day. Cold, actually. I also vote for adapting a different, better cooler.- yamahaSHO

8-second pass with a huge fight!
We're certainly not done! Hell... If the hood hadn't acted like a parachute, my guess is that was an 8.8x @ 175mph pass. Much of the team was me and Zach. A lot of the guys at the end celebrating with us was the 1320 Video crew, which have been supporting us for quite some time!- yamahaSHO

1320 Video got multiple angles of the hood flying. I've seen it already, and it should make for a good feature! There is more in the car... I was hesitant to turn it up much more because I didn't want another break, and I was confident that it had an 8 in it already!- yamahaSHO
