    Catted O2 spacer recommendations

I have heard of O2 spacers to pass emissions. No personal experience with them. Post back with results if you use them. ALso if the sensor is the issue and not the cat then maybe the spacer won't work?

Gen Ii 3.0 cranks but won't start

That Walker part doesn't even eyeball look correct.

    My car is slow.

I mean, if the cat was bad that indicates something was contaminiating it. The O2 sensor attached may or may not have been contaminated to operate below optimal. You really have to get live operating data to dig in. Codes are when things get way off. You can try and use FORscan with a paid fee...

    SM105K's Ownership/Performance/Maintenance Thread

Am I wrong for only being shocked by the clean driving record? I don't know if I've had a stretch of time over decades without something on there.

Full Size Spare Options (20") Needed

This is exactly correct and becoming more common on other vehicles. Didn't you get the memo? You're not supposed to think and do for yourself with vehicles anymore.

    Attn FORScan gurus

Poke around with the search function. I think I saw some links that contain factory repair info in another thread not that long ago

    My car is slow.

You are close to a full refresh. Do you have access to a scan tool with live data? That can show you where you are out of spec. in terms of spark, timing, O2 and other sensor feedback. Maybe spend a little $ and pay someone who has experience diagnosing Ford ecoboost engines to give it a good...

    Transmission Too Hot?

You may want to develop a workaround if you go with a bigger tr ans cooler. Minnesota winter temps may require a different cooling than summer.

    Interior trim panel fasteners

Just because these are shared regular Taurus stuff, maybe still on a parts shelf somewhere? Is there a part number to use for search? Shout out to Chad- Irishpride on this forum. He's got the dealer parts database to poke around in.

Change the ptu fluid asap. It was stated as lifetime. That is incorrect. Search around the Gen IV section for info. Welcome. I was eyeballing one of those a while ago.

    Valve Cover Gaskets

Reuse the valve cover gasket with rtv to help seal it up. There is, and has been, nothing out there for vc gaskets for a long time on the v8 cars. Having regular maintenance and opening them up for so many cam weld jobs burned through the supply a little faster. The only things keeping me from...
