93 tune track times
What was your front tire pressure set to during that pull? If it was factory recommended PSI, drop it to 27psi(+/- a few). Work on the 60' time. Should be at or around 1.7x - 1.8x, that will you into the low 13's high 12's.- FREAK_SHO

It can be a myriad of things on a new to you 2016 SHO with 80k(ish) on the clock. Based on some of the issues/questions, your SHO sounds like it may have been "driven (ridden) hard and put away wet". The rubbing/squeaking could be as simple as the A pillar plastic rubbing, the driver's door...- FREAK_SHO
