I know this is an old post but was looking for options too... I was hoping I could find a spindle cap /dust cap to just cover up that 2.5” center in the wheel... no luck so I had to throw something together... I used a 2.5” fender washer turned down to 2.25”, bored open to about .875”- put...- Sledrag
