Biggest thing is getting it out of the way to get the control back in place. If I wasn't so OCD it wouldn't be a big deal but I am losing my mind over it! My 04 Passat had a spring clip that you accessed through a hole in the wheel. I will look tonight and get it figured out.- skidlid_26

I can't get the pictures to upload to my computer. The volume control side is sunk in as compared to the there side of the wheel. I just need to find out how to dismantle the airbag and the trim around it without breaking or ruining anything.- skidlid_26

We just purchased a 2013 over the weekend. LOVE IT! Had an 1990 many years ago. My right side steering wheels controls seem to be not "clicked in". They are not where they are supposed to be.
