No start
Had almost the exact same thing happen on my SHO after a timing belt/water pump job. Car fired right up the first time, ran perfectly for a few minutes, shut it off to finish buttoning everything up, then suddenly just cranked with no start and no tach movement at all. Turned out the crank...- shaw

Serpentine Belt brand opinion
For a show-quality setup, I’d probably lean toward either an older-stock Motorcraft belt if you can still find one, or a high-quality Japanese belt like Bando or Mitsuboshi since they supplied a lot of OEM stuff back in the day anyway.
