3.0 mtx crank washer/shim
I did get lucky on this one. I hadn't tightened the Crank bolt enough to bring the UDP flush with the end of the crank shaft. This allowed the timing belt gear to slid out just enough to lose magnetic contact with the crank position sensor. I tightened it up and it runs great. Thanks for...- Seeker61

I have the same jingle sound coming from behind the, SHOsource, UDP on my 1990 MTX. Thanks for sharing your solution. I just figured I had done something wrong. I have torqued the crank bolt as much as I dare. I will check to make sure the udp is flush with the end of the Crankshaft. If it is...- Seeker61
