    (reset--been driving)....The sel has not come on so far 100miles (knock on wood)different driving cycles,no 0401 code ..Do U think i could run a function test obd11 to see if all scans good without muffing up test cycles,?& if so ,,suggest to take it in 4 inspection??

    The code ( 0401)came back after 40 miles (second time).the first couple of times code 1518 came out ,believe i fixed that (no code on that )... MY question is if i reset code 0401 (clear)go to my nc /inspection station no mil light on///will i pass inspection ,or does code reset clear...

    code came back>>& ses light disconnected battery ,unpluged imrc box, DIDNOT wire seconderys open...(they are stuck open intake manifold runners)(code1518)i thought it was.After 20 miles computer learns itself the light & code comes back on ???Is this because i did not wire open ///...

    thanks to all the responses ,I did buy a new imrc box,i guess ,i will do as previously stated & in the near future tear the top end down & clean the butterflies and get back:thumb: that small bottom end back again...

    Thanks 4 the info..I think my butterflies are stuck open .I suppose, i disconnect IMRC and run the vehicle for a 75-100 mile cycle ,see if code pops up and all pcm functions are complete for emmisions for inspections at station.Sounds like ,i will have to tear down top end to clean butterflies ??
