Engine removal

So in getting it out I will loosen transmission and have it at an angle. Questions, can it only go in one way, also im putting in a different engine yet same year and model.

Ok how do you line up the clutch and how do you know if you haven't done it right. Sorry for all these ?s.

Ok I am new to this, but as I have no money or friends to help I figured it the easy way. So I got a video showing the removal without transmission; however you saying aligning the clutch could ve tricky. Could you elaborate on that further possible. I have everything disconnected already except...

Thank you, that is very helpful. Do you need to loosen the bolts in the wheel well that hold the transmission? Also can one person do it alone. I have everything disconnected as your engine looked, so I am on my way. Thank you again, much appreciated.

Can you take out a 93 3.0 engine without taking the transmission out?
