Thanks for getting it back up, saved those pics! You mentioned a write-up in progress a couple of times, any chance of releasing that? Or is the important info contained in the couple threads you posted in here?
After I painted my last bike, I wetsanded with 1000 then 2000, then buffed with a Meguiar's polish and finished with Meguiar's Tech Wax.

Ah, that's too bad. Supposedly the Cruze will check the outside ambient temp and, if necessary, turn on the defroster and seat heaters.
It was a pretty good car, drove really well, but it was small, cramped, and slow.
I never tried and the owner's manual doesn't discuss the possibility. I imagine it would keep the car in park or **** the engine if you try and shift. Either way the instrument screen made it clear that I needed to press the start button.
Are you suggesting that no auto company has a solution to this? I had a rental Cruze that would stay running when I opened the door. It just had me hit the Engine Start button to confirm that I was in the car.
On the 2.5 Duratec, it is designed with secondary butterfly valves in the lower intake manifold that open at higher RPMS. The injectors are aimed to spray fuel into the primary passageway of the LIM. For some crazy reason, the secondaries are always super dirty while the primaries are squeaky clean.
