Importing a custom SHO to the US
I'm looking to import a 96 Wagon converted to a SHO to the US. All is well except for the EPA, who says this can never be imported due to the modifications. Anybody have any idea's how to make the EPA happy? Canadian emissions tests don't count apparently.- jmoschetti45
