You nailed it! I have a 2014 tuxedo black metallic MKS Ecoboost. Not sure which package it has, i know it has just about everything except lane keep assist, parallel park assist, adaptive cruise control & my least favorite the forward collision warning system. Black on black too!
Sorry i didn't get back right away, felt dumb but i upgraded to the MKS basically the same car. I just felt if i posted it here it wouldn't fit in but ill definitely post a pic or two if you'd like!
I am currently moving away from the ford taurus. I've officially sold my SHO today. A fellow car buddy of mine was in an accident last month and was without a car for quite some time. I did a good deed and asked if he'd be interested in my 2015 SHO. He accepted it and we shook hands on the deal...
I would just rebuild the turbos while you're in there replace the water pump and timing chain + guides and phasers too. I haven't had any issues and currently at 129k but I've had two issues happen intermittently. When i really lay into it like passing another car WOT i let off and bam check...
It wasn't hard to swap out. You just take off the trunk liner and there's clips that hold that chrome bar on with the camera attached to it. The camera comes off i believe it just unclips.

After trying to go about how to get my brand new OEM intelligent key access remote programmed, i called a guy i know that's a locksmith and he was able to successfully program the key fob. All functions work as they should and he even cut the detachable key to match. All for $100 bucks. Works...
So I've called a locksmith person i know. He said it'd be $100 bucks to program my new smart key access remote to my car. I can get the detachable "key" cut at a local Ace hardware store for next to nothing. Then I'll have a brand new one that works and keep the original one as a backup. You can...
I could try that but atm dont have a laptop computer. Plus the cost to be able to use it wouldnt benefit me. I mean it would, but i think there's a way to program a new key fob to the car without that or heading to a dealer which would cost me way too much. It's a 10yr old car with close to 130k...
Hey all. I want to replace my worn out 10+ year old smart key access remote fob with a geniuine ford OEM one. The unlock button contact point is worn down so it no longer works. I can unlock my car by touching my door handle no problem and it'll unlock. I've found a few on ebay for around $52USD...
