No, I just opened the hood and reached down to turn the valve. I slid the drain pan under the car and slid it out when done. It won't be as easy with the SHO and the skid plate I have to remove.- indianaBeck

Oil drain Plug On my S2000 I installed a Fomoto oil drain valve http://www.lubricationspecialist.com/front/showcontent.aspx?fileid=105&gclid=CIKKvPeOvKICFch_5QodP32d3w so that I could actually change the oil without having to crawl under the car and never had to worry about stripping the plug...- indianaBeck
